Will Clarke Secures Silver At Hamburg Triathlon

Clarke recorded the best result of his career and was only narrowly beaten to the gold medal by winner Brad Kahlefedt of Australia. With 2012 Olympic qualification and a place in Great Britain’s three-man team at stake, Clarke has given his chances of selection for the Games, a real boost.

Clarke said “I’ve been dreaming about this for so long. I feel absolutely delighted. I’ve been hoping for this moment for years and now it’s happened.”

In addition to competing in the World Series event, Clarke took some time out to visit the Multipower sports nutrition laboratories in Hamburg, where he had the opportunity to create his own flavour energy gel.
