Graduate Positions @ Performance Communications

July 29, 2022
Performance Comms

Are we for you?

Are you passionate about our specialist sectors of Automotive, Sports and/or Technology? We work with a diverse portfolio of clients including everything from established global businesses to start-ups and scale-ups. Our accounts range from providing support for UK and European operations to working at global level with head offices on international campaigns and programs.

Our graduate roles provide an opportunity to experience all aspects of the business, from media and influencer relations to brand partnerships and content creation. You will also be able to take advantage of our in-house training and attend regular development workshops hosted by external speakers and industry experts.

You will be assigned a buddy and a mentor to support and guide you. Buddies provide peer-level support during the important first few months while mentorship from one of the Account Directors will provide advice and guidance throughout your first year.

Our graduate positions are full-time permanent positions and our philosophy of nurturing and developing talent means that your first step into the world of communications has the potential to provide long-term career progression.

We ask that you have a good academic record, be expecting an honours degree and possess a keen interest in – and passion for – communications. In an ideal world, you will have completed a work placement within the industry, but this is not essential.

Your attitude is every bit as important as your academic qualifications. Performance Communications has a reputation for delivering attention-grabbing and innovative campaigns – the world’s biggest zorb, the UK’s largest sand drawing, and a hotel suspended 250ft above the O2 require creativity – so a ‘can do’ attitude and a proactive mindset are essential. Does that sound like you?

Interested? Please send your CV and cover letter explaining why you would be a great addition to our team, to: recruitment@performancecomms.com
