Laureus – Navratilova Kilimanjaro Climb

Leverage Martina’s Kilimanjaro climb to raise funds for and awareness of Laureus.

Target markets: US, UK & Germany.

Curated series of preparatory media events including:

  • Fight for Peace project visit
  • Wimbledon Championship media preview
  • London Altitude Centre assessment / training session
  • Bank of America (NY) tower climb

The team also provided on-site press office support for the climb itself.

There was then a requirement for crisis communications consultancy after abandonment due to illness.

The media KPIs were to deliver sport and front-end news coverage.
