James Sephton

James brings to Performance Communications a heady mix of knowledge and experience within the sports arena, and a keen strategic approach; providing trusted counsel across a range of sponsorship and media relations challenges.

He has over 15 years’ experience working with big sport, automotive and FMCG brands for both consumer and trade clients; in recent years James has introduced Maserati to cycling and provided Fiat Professional with the tools to maximise their Football League sponsorship.

Outside of the office James is a proud father of two and recently converted road cyclist; at weekends he can be found coaching the Under 8s at East Molesey Cricket Club or struggling to come to terms with another defeat for Sunderland AFC.

Whilst James finds it tricky to choose just one proud Performance moment, the Tradesman Trials campaign for Fiat Professional would be right up there; who knew Stuart Pearce was such a comedian?
