Olympic Sailors in Action

Weymouth harbour was the location for a Citroën sailing lesson with a difference this August. Two Olympic Gold Medallists and Citroën ambassadors, Iain Percy and Andrew Simpson, were the instructors putting some adventurous lifestyle media through their paces along the shoreline.

Media including the Evening Standard, ITV Meridian and the Daily Express, were given a taster of the Olympic 2012 sailing course and provided with interviews from the Team GB athletes ahead of the 2012 games. The event came as a preview to the Team GB Olympic Sailing team which was officially announced in September.
