Jenny Meadows Takes a Trip Down Memory Lane On behalf of UKA sponsor, Alfa Romeo, as part of its Home Town Heroes initiative Performance Communications organised for European championship medallist Jenny Meadows to visit her former school in Wigan and take an impromptu PE session for a group of lucky pupils.

Jenny was greeted by her former PE teacher, Aileen Mills, herself a former athlete, and spoke to media about her Olympic ambitions at the place where her successful career had started, a record which included winning the 800m national schools championship.
