One of the longest-serving current members of the team, Rovena is in charge of two of the most crucial elements allowing Performance Communications to run as smoothly as it does – finance and HR. She is the glue that holds the whole operation together.

Responsible for the company accounts, she has more than 15 years of experience in the finance industry.

When Rovena is not mothering our team, she enjoys spending time with her two teenage children. She can often be found in Bushy Park where she endures British Military Fitness classes and sets new PBs in the Park Run on a Saturday morning. She dreams of one day running the marathon.

Rovena is most proud of her ten years’ service with the agency; where she has seen Performance grow from just eight to the 45-strong team we have today.
